We promise you to offer reliable services and provide the best experience possible. You can book our services anytime you want. We tend to post special deals and other exciting offers from time to time.
“CVO” reserves the rights to change or terminate any feature or service; or to restrict your access to some portions of website in the case that we find that you are engaging in an activity that is inappropriate or that violates these terms and conditions.
Bookings and Deposits:
Bookings are confirmed by “CVO” once we receive the receipt of your non-refundable deposit. A confirmation invoice will be sent to your email. Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to the quoted cost of your accommodation will be applied even if there's any fluctuation in the current Euro exchange rate.
Any cancellation will only be accepted by “CVO” from the person who initiated the transaction, either via:

* Deposits are refundable in case the booking is cancelled by “CVO” due to circumstances out of our control such as weather, war, strikes, riots etc.
Use of Website and Service
As a user of this website, you agree:
1a. No False Information. You agree that the information you provide will not be inaccurate, false or misleading, neither to us nor to any user.
1b. No Advertising or Commercial Solicitation. You agree that you will not try to persuade any other user to buy or sell products on our social media platforms. You must not send any chain letters, spam or junk email to other users of the Services. Furthermore, you agree that the information that you get from the Services will not be used by you in means of selling, advertising and such until the approval of the other user.
1c. No Harassment of Employees or Agents. You agree that you will not harass, pressurize or threaten any agents or employees responsible for providing the Services to you.
Accommodation:
The photographs posted on our website are updated periodically so you may notice some minor decorative changes on your arrival.
The company is not responsible for any building/construction work happening near your accommodation, however, we will try our best to inform you immediately.
The accommodation will be cleaned and maintained properly before your arrival. You can get information about cleaning days in the information folder placed in your villa. You will have a change of linen once and towels twice per week on designated cleaning days.
If you are staying in one of our villas or cottages
The accommodation will be made available for occupancy at 14:00 on the day of your arrival and you will be required to leave your villa before 10:00 on your day of departure.
If you are staying in one of our apartments or studios
The accommodation will be made available for occupancy at 12:00 on the day of your arrival and you will be required to leave your villa before 10:00 on your day of departure.
If you find any breakage in your accommodation, please inform “CVO”. We understand accidents do happen and it should be the responsibility of people living in the accommodation to report any damage immediately.
Payment Details:
You are required to deposit 30% of the full amount to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking within 6 weeks of your arrival we will require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance on arrival. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change website features at any time and by any means without prior notice. This may result from a mistake, malware, technical issue, glitches, fraudulence, illegal involvement, tampering, or any other reason that interferes with or prohibits the appropriate conduct of this website, company, or campaigns. However, “CVO” will not be held liable for these issues or any and all damages they may cause.
You acknowledge that all the email addresses, phone numbers, credit cards and other information you provide us belongs to you and that you are not using any fake information. We reserve the rights to change pricing structure at any level as we deem fit to our policies.
Insurance:
Insurance is not included in the accommodation packages. We suggest you to purchase travel insurance prior to your departure in order to protect yourself.
Our Responsibility to You:
- Our local, English/Greek/Dutch speaking team strives to offer you with an excellent service. We promise you to go out of our way to offer the most reliable and professional experience.
- We agree to provide you with driving instructions and a local map to your accommodation.
- We operate in accordance to EU Health and Safety standards.
Your Responsibility to Us:
You agree to provide “CVO” with your travel details. In the event your outbound flight gets delayed, you agree to contact us in order to provide new arrival times so that your transfer can be rebooked.
You agree to treat your accommodation as your own home and leave it without causing any damage to the property.
You agree that you're responsible for any children in your group. We suggest you not to leave children alone in balconies and swimming pools.
For some selected properties we have included air conditioning in the price, however, we suggest you to use the AC only when you are in the villa.
User Conduct:
When contacting us, posting anything on our social media accounts, or visiting any page, you will NOT:
- Disclose any confidential information about other users without their permission
- Engage in any kind of offensive behavior (pornography, racism, abusiveness, harassment etc.)
- Forward chain letters using our website
- Use picture that does not belong to you. You are not permitted to impersonate anyone.
- Infringe any third party's rights
- Upload any malicious software, virus etc that could disrupt the working of system tools, servers, networks
- Try to sell other users' information to third parties
- Try to access our services through automated robots, or conduct attacks such as Denial of Service
- Promote products/services on our website.
Trademarks and Copyright Ownership
All data and content, in any form, contained by or offered through the website and all intellectual property rights relating to said content are the sole property of Corfu Villa Owners. This includes all information, content, photographs, articles, text, video, images, functions, or other content.
This website itself or any section of this website may not be duplicated, sold, reproduced, copied, resold, visited, or otherwise used for commercial purposes excluding the possession of express written consent from the website or company owner(s). You may not utilize “hidden text”, hereafter defined as being of the same purpose as Meta tags, without the company’s express written consent. Any unauthorized use of hidden text terminates any license granted by the company and associated companies and voids these Terms and Conditions. You may be prosecuted for such actions.
