In this wonderful location sits the Papoulas studios, set in pretty gardens this is a relaxing spot with a large pool to laze by with a convenient pool bar/cafe that also offers free WIFI. All the studios have private shower room, WC, kitchenette, dining area, furnished and shaded balcony. The kitchens and bathrooms have all been refurbished recently. Board basis is self catering but breakfast can be taken at the pool bar as an optional extra. Studios can sleep up to 3 people, where possible an extra bed can be added at a daily rate of 5 Euros. Liapades is one of Corfu’s oldest villages, therefore offers an authentic Greek holiday in a traditional setting. Set on a hillside overlooking the west coast and just south of famous Paleokastritsa. You can wander through the maze of narrow streets in the village center and continue up to the summit of the village where there are clearings offering stunning views of the unspoilt coastline of the west coast. The Papoulas complex is perfectly located for accessing the pretty beach and walking into the village center. In the immediate vicinity of the complex there is an excellent selection of restaurants and taverna’s and a public bus can be taken into Corfu Town. For venturing further we recommend car or boat hire for a few days. Motor boats are popular for accessing the many neighboring bays that can only be reached from the sea. This is an excellent area to be in the spring / autumn for country walks and the crystal waters of the beach will keep you occupied in the hottest summer months.
