The family-run Apollon hotel sits opposite the main beach of Paleokastritsa. With modern facilities and all rooms have sea view it is the perfect place for a holiday in one of Corfu’s premier locations. It is perfectly situated for the beaches, shops and tavernas. The neighbouring bays of Agios Petros, Ambelaki, Alipa and the marina are just a short walk away so indeed you will be spoilt for choice of swimming spots! The hotel has 3 stars, with 22 rooms in the main building and 18 in the annexe, just a 5 minute walk away. Over the last 5 years, the hotel has been fully refurbished and truly does command the best position in Paleokastritsa. The hotel facilities are a hotel reception, café, restaurant and bakery. The hotel offers regular entertainment evenings and a coin-operated internet corner for guests use.

Situated on the North West Coast of Corfu Paleokastritsa offers the most stunning views the island has to offer. With dramatic coastline where the mountains drop down to the pristine seas and many beaches that offer safe swimming, scuba and snorkelling and the most popular of all are the boat trips into the caves dotted around the bay. Some beaches are unable to be reached by road so boat hire is the best way to enjoy these quiet spots. Walking is also popular in the area you can either enjoy a gentle walk through the olive groves take the hiking trails through the mountain and discover the smaller villages in the surrounding area. Paleokastritsa centre has a good selection of taverna’s and supermarkets as well as souvenir shops. There is a local bus that travels into Corfu Town and a taxi rank. We also recommend a visit to the nearby village of Doukades and enjoy a meal in the traditional taverna located in the village square.
