The Alex Villa

5 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms. The Alex villa is located in a quiet area of the popular resort of Dassia and just minutes from the beaches and Dassia centre.

The villa has a large private garden with a swimming pool, gym, sauna, modern furnishings, and is fully air-conditioned. There are three levels and the villa can accommodate comfortably up to ten guests. There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. On the middle level there is a spacious living/dining area and well equipped kitchen along with the small office and a large furnished balcony. There are also two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room. All the balconies have views into the garden and the surrounding countryside. On the upper level you will find the master suite with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony with sea views.

The lower level features a sitting and dining area, small kitchen and two twin bedrooms with one shower room (with Jacuzzi-sauna) and one bathroom. There is also a external door so the lower level can be used separately from the main villa for more privacy if required but there is an internal staircase connecting all levels. All the twin bedrooms can be made up as double on request.

The gym is located on the lower level with an excellent selection of equipment. There is an outdoor sitting/dining space.

The swimming pool is set in beautifully landscaped gardens, there is a separate children's section within the pool. The outdoor Jacuzzi is located next to the swimming pool. The built in barbecue has a furnished and shaded area for al fresco dining. The garden also has a children's play area.
