Villa Gaia is the smallest of the 3 villas in this collection. All three are stone built and set in a pretty landscaped garden. Totally private behind electric gates with a large swimming pool and BBQ area that is just a 10-minute drive to some of Corfu's most stunning sandy beaches and quaint tavernas.

Gaia sleeps 2 people; it has a luxurious interior and tasteful decor and is a single-storey house. There is a spacious double bedroom with a furnished balcony offering views over the garden and pool. The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen adjoins the dining and living rooms which are beautifully furnished.

All the villas are air-conditioned throughout and have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs (Astra satellite or similar) are in all living & bedrooms. Mosquito nets are fitted on all doors and windows, and safety deposit boxes are installed. Pool towels are provided. The washing machine is located in the shared laundry room and accessible to all guests.

Cots and highchairs for children up to 2 years are provided free of charge.

The communal gardens & swimming pool (12m x 8m) with separate children's pool have comfortable sun lounges and umbrellas for your use. The surrounding lawns also have a children's playground which adjoins the large barbecue and shaded outdoor dining area. There is ample on-site parking.

Location Description: Liostasi is within short distance of the picturesque village of Agios Mattheos, one of the oldest and most beautiful traditional villages of the island. There are supermarkets, a traditional café serving Greek coffee and tavernas in the village. There is also a doctor, pharmacy and post office in Agios Mattheos. In the rural area of Gardiki there is Venetian fortress that you can visit, a twin of the fort “Angelokastro”. We recommend a visit to the Goverenr's Olive Mill also in Agios Mattheos for tours and tastings. The nearest beach is Prassoudi approximately 2kms away and then Halikounas 3kms. Both are sandy and Prassoudi has 2 excellent taverna's that overlook the beach while Halikounas has beach bars/cafes offering snacks and refreshments. There is an excellent kite surfing school at Halikounas. Lake Korission borders Halikounas beach and is home to migrating Flamingo's in Spring and Autumn, there are also many species of other birds, Terrapins and beautiful sand Orchids.
